Megan came to Chestnut Tower in 2011 as a Leasing Consultant and became Assistant Property Manager in 2012. Megan was nominated for Assistant Property Manager of the Year 2014. She loves being a Chestnut Tower resident and spends her weekends collecting 5k t-shirts.
Mary Grace (aka MG) began her ZRS career in Orlando, Florida in 2009 and joined the Chestnut Tower team in 2013. Mary Grace has loved Chicago so far and spending time exploring the city, despite experiencing her first Polar Vortex.
Welcome Alina who just joined the ZRS family! She was born and raised in Chicago, and when not working you can see her enjoying outside actives, especially anything involving sports. Go Cubs!
Katherine has come back to the ZRS family after previously working at our sister property, North Harbor Tower. She has called Chicago home for the past 10 years and is also a professional actor in many theaters across the city! When not working you can see her onstage or in the yoga studio!
Our dedicated Service Engineer, Mike, has been at Chestnut Tower for over 8 years and in the field for over 22. He was awarded Maintenance Supervisor of the year for 2015 out of 70 ZRS properties nationwide. He can be found cruising on his Harley when he finds the time.
Mel joined the Chestnut Team in 2009 and spends his vacations visiting family in Bosnia. You may find him pumping iron in the Chestnut Tower gym from time to time!
Robert joined the Chestnut team in 2007. He loves all types of music but especially the kind that gets you dancing! His favorite Chestnut event is the annual rooftop party.
We are so excited for Rick to join our team at Chestnut Tower! He has recently moved from Puerto Rico and loves exploring his new city Chicago!
Pierre began at Chestnut's front desk in 2013 and was quickly promoted to Lead Concierge. His background in luxury hospitality shines through with every, "Welcome Home." He loves long bike rides on the lakefront trail and spending time with his pup, Milo.
Ashish has been with Chestnut Tower from the very beginning, welcoming us home for the past 14 years. He is a die-hard Cubs fan. Even his car is decked out with fan gear!
Ashiq loves picnics and exotic vacations. He always brings back the best photos to share of his adventures.
Mohammed has been greeting Chestnut Tower residents from Day-1 and was here for our grand opening. Mohammed enjoys spending his days off with family.
Huda is always here to wish you, "Good Morning," even if it's at 2am as our Overnight Concierge. His friendly smile and great sense of humor is the perfect cap to any resident's night.
Calvin is so excited to join the Chestnut Tower Team! He is a fitness nut and would love to give you tips on work outs on the way into the fitness center, just ask! He also is a family man and loves being a Dad. Welcome Calvin!
